RM中RSS调整文字大小

文字大小的调整：

用来调整显示文字的大小。

文字背景框调整：

其中的
W=128
H=350
用来调整文字的背景框。

下面的括号中的为说明文字

Meter=STRING
MeasureName=MeasureRSS1
X=5（这段文字的左侧的初始坐标）
Y=64
H=30（这段文字的高和宽）
W=246
ClipString=1
StringStyle=Bold（文字样式加粗）
FontColor=#Color2#（文字颜色使用前面的定义）
FontSize=#Height2#（文字大小使用前面的定义）
FontFace=#Font#（文字字体）


（设置超连接时的显示情况）

X=r（r用来指上面定义过的X,Y的大小）
