关于硬盘读写为0，总进程数为0，CPU占用最大进程为0的解决办法：
以管理员权限运行cmd，然后输入lodctr /r，然后回车，等20秒钟会提示你成功重建计数器设置。

Q: I am getting a message that my Performance Counter cache is corrupted. How can I fix this?

To fix this, you need to run a CMD command as administrator:
Open Start Menu
Search for "Command Prompt"
Right click on "Command Prompt"
Click "Run as Administrator"
Type in this command and press enter: C:\windows\system32\lodctr /r
If you receive an error, run this instead: C:\windows\syswow64\lodctr /r
If you are still getting the message. Please follow the steps in this article:
