安装完换主题出现一个框体

The Rainmeter.ini file is not writable. This means that the application will not be able to save any setting permanently.
Make suer that the settings file is not set as read-only and that it is located in a folder where you have write permissions.
The settings file is located at:
C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Rainmeter\Rainmeter.ini
