不 不是这样的 事实是更新频率是Update*UpdateRate*UpdateDivider，单位是毫秒
你的情况是Update没有设置，默认1000；UpdateRate=1800；UpdateDivider没有设置，默认1，所以更新频率为1000*1800*1 ms = 1800 s = 30分钟

详见官方的手册
UpdateRate
The rate how often the webpage is downloaded. This is relative to the config's main Update rate AND any UpdateDivider on the measure. So the formula would be Update X UpdateDivider X UpdateRate = "how often the measure connects to the site". The default for UpdateDivider is 1, and the default for UpdateRate is 600. So if you set an Update of 1000, the default for WebParser is to connect every 10 minutes.(1000 X 1 X 600 milliseconds)
